Roles & Responsibilities

Review manuscripts to ensure academic quality, clarity, and relevance before publication.

Provide structured feedback to improve presentation, organization, and readability of research work.

Support the peer review process by recommending suitable reviewers and ensuring balanced evaluation.

Contribute to publication planning by suggesting relevant research themes and focus areas.

Ensure all submissions follow ethical practices and publication guidelines.

Maintain consistency across conference proceedings and research outputs.

Promote IIRD initiatives within academic networks to encourage quality submissions.

Eligibility Criteria

Hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant field with strong academic background.

Have a minimum of 6–8 years of experience in teaching, research, or academic publishing.

Possess a good record of publications in recognized journals or conferences.

Have prior experience in manuscript reviewing or editorial activities, which is preferred.

Be actively involved in academic or research-based work.

Demonstrate commitment to maintaining quality and academic integrity.
