IIRD – Author Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Please follow these important guidelines when submitting your research abstract:
- Author Notification
The presenting author must inform all co-authors and ensure they agree with the abstract content.
- First Author Requirement
The presenting author should be listed as the first author in the abstract.
- Original Research Only
Abstracts must include original, unpublished data.
- No Previously Submitted Work
Abstracts submitted earlier to any other event will not be accepted.
- Use of Clear, Correct English
Write your abstract in proper English with correct grammar and spelling
If needed, get help from:
- A native English-speaking colleague
- Your university's publication support team
- A professional editor
- Explain Symbols and Abbreviations
Clearly mention the meaning of all symbols and abbreviations used in the abstract.
- Presentation Selection Notification
Abstracts selected for presentation will be announced on the conference website before the event.
- Multiple Abstracts Policy
You may submit more than one abstract. However:
- Only one abstract can be presented as an oral presentation
- Additional accepted abstracts will be considered for poster presentation only
- Presenter’s Contact Responsibility
All communication will be sent to the presenting author. Ensure your contact details are accurate.
- No Edits After Submission
AAbstracts cannot be changed after submission.
However, you may bring a revised copy to the event for display or discussion.
- Submission Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission.
If you don’t receive it, contact the IIRD team to confirm receipt.
