IIRD Global issues an official Invitation Letter to participants who have completed their conference registration. This document confirms your participation and is provided in English for submission to the relevant authorities as part of your application process.

Please be informed that this letter is issued for supporting purposes only and does not guarantee approval, as all decisions are made independently by the respective embassies or consulates.

Request Process

To obtain the Invitation Letter from IIRD, please follow the steps below:

Registration Completion

Complete your conference registration and ensure that the payment is successfully processed.

Form Submission

After confirmation, a Registration Form link will be shared. Fill in all required personal and participation details accurately.

Verification Process

The submitted information will be reviewed for correctness and completeness.

Issuance of Letter

Once verified, the Invitation Letter will be issued and sent to your registered email address.
