IIRD Global – Virtual Conference Participation

Welcome to the Virtual Participation Portal of the IIRD Global International Conference. The event will be conducted via Zoom, bringing together presenters and participants worldwide in a fully digital and interactive format.

Zoom Access Information

All registered participants will receive:

• A Zoom meeting link, Meeting ID, and Passcode via email 2 days before the event
• A Zoom User Guide with step-by-step joining instructions
• Automated reminders via email and WhatsApp 24 hours before the event

Zoom Setup & Requirements

To ensure the best virtual experience:

• Use a laptop or desktop with a working webcam and microphone
• Ensure Zoom Workplace (latest version) is installed
• Stable internet connection (recommended: 2 Mbps or above)
• Use headphones or earphones for better sound quality
• Naming Format: Please use "Presenter/Listener ID – Full Name" as your Zoom screen name (e.g., P1 – Dr. Ayesha Khan or L3 – Mr. John Smith)

Presenter Guidelines

• Prepare your presentation in PowerPoint (PPT) format
• Join the session 15 minutes early for technical checks
• Share your screen when prompted by the host
• Stick to the allotted time for your presentation
• Participate actively in the post-presentation Q&A

E-Certificate Policy

• Presentation Certificate – for authors who present their paper
• Participation Certificate – for listeners and co-authors who attend
• Feedback submission is mandatory to receive your e-certificate
• E-certificates will be delivered via email within 2 working days

Please note: No physical certificates or documents will be issued.
