To request an invitation letter for your participation in an IIRD conference, kindly email us the following details:

• Completed Registration Form.
• Proof of Payment
• A Passport-Sized Photo
• A Scanned Copy of Your Passport

Visa Application Guidance:

For participants requiring a visa to attend:

• The IIRD Organizing Committee does not influence the visa application process or decisions made by embassies or consulates.
• IIRD holds no responsibility for visa issuance. Processing times differ by individual; we strongly recommend applying as early as possible.

In Case of Visa Denial:

• IIRD cannot intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or embassies.
• We will not engage in discussions or correspondence with MOFA or embassies on behalf of applicants
